How does the process of ordering a custom piece work?
Consultation: We’ll discuss your ideas and any requirements. Based on the consultation, we'll create a design concept and share sketches with you.
Material Selection: You can either provide your own garments/materials to be reworked, or we can source them for you.
Final Garment:Once approved, we will complete the garment and make final adjustments if necessary.
Can I provide my own items to be reworked?
Yes! We encourage you to send us your own clothing or materials that have sentimental value or are in need of a refresh.
Is it possible to make adjustments after the piece is complete?
Minor adjustments are possible, but major changes may incur additional fees. It's always best to make sure everything is to your satisfaction during the initial stage.
Can I request a completely new design concept or is reworking limited to modifications?
You can request a completely new design concept. While reworking involves repurposing existing materials, we can be as creative as you want. Our goal is to bring your vision to life.
